Taste Like Fall

 

Boyfie and I were at Melacca last week to attend his sister's ROM,

and he just had random idea to shoot at this place which i once showed him how beautiful it is.

So we did it with my pale face and uncombed hair,

and loving how natural the photos turned out to be.

  Wind blows and grass itches under the orange sky,

and you have just made everything even more beautiful

when you set your eyes on me.

So much loves.

Be Analogue

Rediscovering the analogue fun last year has truly made me a happy girl.

I have long abandoned the digital grind 

unless i have to use it to photograph something requires clarity,

yea mostly for works.

I know we can all achieve the Lomo effects with all kinds of app,

we can even do it in Photoshop with  all the presets and plug-ins,

but for me they are just totally different,

because you have already foresee what you will achieve.

 

One day,

You gotta hold this plastic in hand,

and you will be assuring yourself,

this is what i am pointing at,

this is how i composite the photo,

i know the film i am using and what effect it will give,

I knew beforehand what i am going to get in the photo.

Trust me,

The plastic will still give you plenty of surprises,

not all the surprises are the one you have been awaiting for though,

but you will get addicted,

and you can tell the addiction will not end anytime soon,

but you will be  happy embracing it,

you will =)

Happy Twenty Twelve!!!

I know i had gone for so long and leaving this blog dead still,

but now i'm coming back

Updating this blog with the photos that taken under the last sunset of 2011!

If you guys have noticed,

which is very obvious i must say,

yea i have cut my hair short,

though i wish it could be much shorter but my mom seems to be against that idea,

oh well, one day i will, i will!

I have never set any resolutions for every new year,

 i just don't.

Perhaps i believe in what has to be done will be done and must be done,

I guess i don't need to get motivated by setting resolutions =D

Anyway i wish you guys had real awesome celebration for christmas and new year,

I had quite a good one,

spending time with my mom, my love and my besties,

when i am with them i feel like i am on top of the world,

and i am truly grateful for what i have now, really.

I promise i will update this blog more often,

(not just updating my mandarin blog =X)

Extra! It's Kharu!

Just recently Manny Librodo came to Malaysia to conduct his third workshop in Malaysia

he is one of the most famous photographers around with his distinctive style

that make people around the world wanting to learn from him so badly.

And what makes this trip even more exciting is that,

he actually brought along his two muses, Kharu and Krystal.

Kharu wont be doing the modeling,

instead she was taking care on all the styling and make up.

I am honored enough to let her doll me up in such exotic styling which i hardly tried before.

 Right before the day of the workshop,

I met Kharu for the very first time to do the fitting on the clothings.

A truly gorgeous lady, she looks like as if she has already photoshoped in real person.

So, we were thinking to take a few shots with my lomo camera just for fun.

It was a real quick one since i only have about 10 frames left in the camera anyway XD

Shooting a model is a breeze because she knows her angles 

and yea, all i did was just snapping away =D

Simple and straight forward,

hope you guys like it anyway =D
